Indian batter Virat Kohli smashed his 29th Test century in the final Test series against West Indies.The 34-year-old batter’s century came in his 500th international match.
Kohli reached the milestone with a slick boundary off Shannon Gabriel with India at 314-4.He was eventually dismissed for 121 after a run-out with India at 341-5. This is only the third time in his Test career that Kohli has been run out.
This was Kohli’s first international century overseas since 2018.The batter now has 76 tons for India across all formats.
After the ton, Kohli’s wife and actor Anushka Sharma posted a special message on her Instagram story.
Other than him Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, and Mahendra Singh Dhoni have played many matches for India.
