Neelam comes and asks what is the matter of there. Gautam tells her that ahana was asking him that how is she looking.
Neelam tells ahana that she is looking beautiful and there is no problem Gautam leaves from there keep thinking about the matter.
On the other hand Lakshmi goes to the hospital along with Rishi she asks if everything is ok or not. The doctor tells there is no need to worry.
She tells Rishi that she is very caring for her wife but the thing is nothing has happened to her. She tells that Lakshmi just had an acidity attack.
The doctor tells that maybe she is thinking about something and she is in tension that’s why this has happened.
Ahana wishes to tell Neelam that Lakshmi has saved their family respect by covering the pregnancy truth.But Neelam wishes that Lakshmi leaves their house as soon as possible.
Neelam asks ahana to look after herself and to take care of herself she asks her to forget about Lakshmi.She asks Ahana to get ready for the engagement.
