Meta formely facebook has taken three initiatives to help protect women in India.Including sharing of non-consensual intimate images.
The first initiative is StopNCII.org-is in partnership with UK Revenge Porn Helpline. This platform will help the women who are victims to submit cases and keep a track of the status as well.
It will ensure that it works with participating companies such as Facebook, Linkedin, Bumble etc. The Safety Hub for Women will be available in Hindi and 11 other Indian languages.
