According to Ruchi Gujjar between July 2023 and January 2024, she transferred a total of ₹23–24 lakh from her company, SR Event and Entertainment, into accounts linked to Karan Singh’s K Studios.She told that karan promised to share profit and on-screen acknowledgement for a television project that never materialized.
An FIR was filed at the Oshiwara Police Station on July 24 under sections 318(4), 352, and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) by the model.
