TikTok Comes Back News: There is a storm in the internet that the short video platform TikTok is back again.While the TikTok website was accessible, users were unable to log in or upload or watch videos.

Government sources said,”The government of India has not issued any unblocking order for TikTok. Any such statement or news is false and misleading”(source-ndtv).

On June 29, 2020, Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government abruptly banned TikTok and 58 other Chinese-owned apps, citing data security concerns.

Claims on social media suggested that some users were able to access the websites of TikTok, but with no access further than the homepage. They also said that no shopping was allowed on AliExpress or Shein.

As per the reports,Prime Minister Narendra Modi will travel to China from August 31 to September 1 to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation summit in Tianjin at the invitation of China’s President Xi Jinping.

Recently the government has banned the online gaming platforms.Gaming platforms like Zupee have started suspending contests and paid games on their platforms after Parliament passed the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Bill, 2025.
