
The latest big update for Maharashtra students of classes 8-12 is that the schools may re-open from 15 July 2021. The important point schools in areas that have not reported any covid cases in the last 1 month are only allowed to open.
Schools in such areas may open from 15th July for classes 8-12 and conduct teaching in the offline mode.
COVID-19 Guidelines For Reopening of Schools in COVID-free zones of Maharashtra :
1.15-20 students will be permitted in a classroom at once.
2.Schools will need to make sure there is a distance of at least six feet between two students.
3.Students will need to wash their hands with soap frequently.
4.Mask will be compulsory.
5.In case students show signs of Covid-19, they will be sent home.
6.All Covid-19 precautions underlined by the Centre and the state government will have to be implemented.
