Madhan Bob Passes Away At 71
The actor was 71 years old, and was battling cancer, and he breathed his last at his Adyar residence this evening. His professional name was Madhan Babu. And his family name was S Krishnamoorthy.
He was the 8th child of his family. He has shared screen with leading actors like Kamal Haasan, Rajinikanth, Ajith, Surya, and Vijay. He became well known after his role in the movie Thenali as Diamond Babu.
Prabhudeva, who shared the screen with Madhan offered his condolences.He took to his X handle and shared a note.The note read,”We shared the screen, and his presence always brought joy to the set. Cheerful, kind, and full of humour he made everyone feel happy around him. Heartfelt condolences to his family. He’ll always be remembered (sic).”
Not only in the big screens but the actor talents extended to television, where he gained fame as a judge on the comedy show ‘Asathapovadhu Yaaru.’ He also participated in numerous TV serials.In addition to Tamil films, he also appeared in two Malayalam films and a Hindi movie, showcasing his versatility across languages.
