He also objects to a scene in the series where a character raises the middle finger right after saying “Satyamev Jayate,” arguing that it violates the Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act, 1971.
The petition claims that the portrayal could erode public confidence in anti-drug agencies and tarnish his reputation. This defamation suit is set to be heard by the Delhi High Court before a bench of Justice Purushaindra Kumar Kaurav.
