Kaushal Fest 2025 in Lucknow
Lucknow is set to witness a massive boost in youth employment and skill development opportunities as the third edition of the Kaushal Fest (Skill Festival) unfolds at the Colvin Taluqdars’ College grounds on September 16 and 17, 2025.
Organized by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), this event is not just a job fair, but a stepping stone toward empowering the youth of Uttar Pradesh and beyond.
With over 100 companies participating and nearly 7,500 job opportunities on offer, Kaushal Fest 2025 is being hailed as one of the biggest employment drives in Lucknow.
The event also marks part of the BJP’s Seva Pakhwada campaign, coinciding with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 75th birthday celebrations.
The Kaushal Fest has received significant attention from both the state and central governments. Prominent leaders including Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Deputy Chief Ministers Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak, along with Union Minister Jayant Chaudhary, are expected to participate in the closing ceremony on September 17.

- Salary packages ranging from ₹13,000 to ₹25,000 per month, offering a stable start for young professionals.
