Soha Ali Khan, known for her candid nature, recently spoke about her childhood experiences and her relationship with her brother Saif Ali Khan and sister-in-law Kareena Kapoor Khan.
While many assume that being part of a royal Bollywood family means constant togetherness, Soha revealed a very different picture.
She explained that she rarely lived with Saif Ali Khan while growing up. Due to differences in age, boarding schools, and separate life paths, the siblings did not share a conventional bond during their early years.
This physical distance meant that their emotional connection developed later in life, especially after they both entered the film industry.
Over time, Soha and Saif’s relationship matured into one of mutual respect and understanding. She often describes her brother as protective, fun-loving, and deeply caring, despite his lighthearted public persona.
Their bond has strengthened in adulthood, particularly after Soha’s marriage to actor Kunal Kemmu and the arrival of her daughter Inaaya, who shares a close bond with Saif’s children, Sara, Ibrahim, Taimur, and Jeh.
When asked about Kareena Kapoor Khan, Soha admitted that it “took time” to build trust and comfort with her sister-in-law.
Kareena, one of Bollywood’s biggest stars, married Saif in 2012, bringing together two powerful families. Initially, Soha found it challenging to connect because of Kareena’s larger-than-life presence in the media.
However, over the years, the two have developed a strong relationship based on trust and mutual admiration.
Today, Soha often praises Kareena for her warmth, parenting style, and ability to balance stardom with family life. Their camaraderie is often evident at family gatherings, festivals, and social media glimpses that fans adore.
